Removed an old chain link fence. Had a frame designed and then built a new 6’x 14′ swing/roll fence… and stained.
Client wanted the garden area free from old and dead shrubs so she could start over. Removed the rocks, turned the soil and leveled.
Long row on side of house was full of railroad ties. Hauled them away with some other trash and swept up before we left.
Sludge buildup in rain gutters comes from shingle granules and other debris. We don’t just remove leaves… we remove the sludge.
In some neighborhoods the little flowers by a tree might be pretty, but not to uniformity of the neighborhood.

Client wanted an entry gate to the backyard where a fence section used to exist. So… we made a gate from scratch to match the rest of the fence sections. Next to come is a power wash and some paint… check back soon. 🙂
Created a railing section so small children couldn’t fall down to the garden below. Matched the original railing. Paint is coming soon.
Built a table across the washer and dryer so client had a place to deal with laundry that was not in the kitchen. Made a cut-out for water and electrical access. Image color varies due to sunlight and time of day.
Built a lightweight gate for access to the side of the house. Paint is forthcoming.
The 2x4s behind the fence were warping due to the weight of the river rock. Removed all pickets, replaced 2×4 and used same pickets at client’s request. Stepped back the amount of river rock at the base of fence so the pressure/weight was removed.
Repair gate by replacing pickets that family dog had been chewing in order to escape.
Client needed a temporary fix before a rain storm. Wind storm ripped the cover off of the attic fan and the unit is so old that a new replacement cover was not available. Drilled new screw holes and used duct tape to cover broken plastic. Client is getting a new roof next year and will replace attic fan unit then. Looks tacky… but it is stable and works.
Client wanted logs moved and stacked in the backyard for future use as firewood. Made area beside garage nice and neat for trash bin storage.
Simple cedar picket fence repair/replacement.
Before and after of white washed painting of backyard fence (both sides) and side of house fence. It was a 20+ year old fence that sucked up 3-4 coats of paint like it was a slurpee. Client was happy as it looks much better than the old.
